Join the Philadelphia Orchard Project (POP) at the Woodlands for a spring open house and plant sale. Come visit the demonstration orchard and see what’s growing, and pick up some perennial plants for your garden from POP’s expanded nursery. Plants available for sale by POP will include paw paws, figs, serviceberries, blueberries, rhubarb, and a range of other fruiting trees, shrubs, vines, and some perennial flowers and herbs. Additional plants (herbs, greens, vegetables, and ornamentals) will be available via Lunaria Gardens (Instagram @lunariagardens).
The Open House is a free event but donations to support POP’s ongoing programs are appreciated. As a sweet incentive, limited tickets are available for donation at the $20 and come with a jar of honey from Instar Apiaries.
