My partner thinks she has seen this dog at Green Line in the past. Perhaps posting a flyer there would help?

Alexa, be sure to contact ACCT (Animal Control shelter) to file a found dog report:
http://www.acctphilly.org. Also call/email Morris Refuge to file a report. You can have pooch checked for microchip ID at VHUP ER or at PAWS clinic on Grays Ferry. Also post a flyer at the pet shop on Baltimore Ave.
