Beautiful 2 level storefront in Powelton at 38th and Lancaster. Rare mom and pop landlords. Was formerly a private gallery for decades. Beautiful hardwood floors, gallery lighting, skylights. We have had lots of interest but currently not the right fit of a tenant. Reduced rent to try to find the right business use for the space. Reach out with any questions or to see a showing.
