Found tabby/calico cat with a missing eye

A reader found an approximately one-year-old female tabby cat (calico because of white paws) at 33rd and Walnut St. She is missing an eye.

About a month ago there were posters up around west philly (Baltimore Ave) that someone had lost a female calico cat with one eye. I am wondering if this is her?
