Ugh. Every time I see this bike rack it drives me up a wall. Such a poor design, that only encourages people to lock their bikes up incorrectly…

I never use this rack. As Adam said this rack is not designed correctly.

I bet CVS didn’t even install that bike rack. I bet a thief did.
