On Tuesday, October 31, 2017, hundreds of costumed “little tots,” and their parents, will take part in the Spruce Hill Community Association Halloween Parade, trick-or-treating along the way. The parade ends on the 4200 block of Osage Ave, where neighbors throw their annual, block party-style Halloween Party, treating the Tots to cider and baked goods from neighbors and local businesses. A fun, safe, family-friendly event for children, parents and neighbors!
Parade starts at 45th and Larchwood, ending on the 4200 block of Osage.
Tots begin gathering at 4 PM. Parade starts at 4:30 PM, followed by the Halloween Party.
