Patrick McGovern, Scientific Director of the Biomolecular Archaeology Project for Cuisine, Fermented Beverages and Health, and his oft-times collaborator Sam Calagione, Founder and President of Dogfish Head Brewery, host this exclusive tutored tasting event. Guests can hear the stories of how archaeologist and brewer inspired one another, and taste some of the award-winning ancient brew recreations, including “Midas Touch,” that were born from their collaboration.
