DIVERSITY PD is excited to host a FREE event designed for families of color living in the Philadelphia region to learn about and navigate a diagnosis of Parkinson’s or cognitive challenges. Movement disorder specialists, experts in memory and cognition, social workers, rehab professionals and faith-based and community advocates will facilitate community conversations while providing resources, education and information. The event is made possible through the generous support from the Davis Phinney Foundation.

While we welcome everyone, we are specifically interested in providing information and resources to communities that have been under-resourced, under-represented and under-diagnosed. Please note that space is limited and priority will be given to families currently living with Parkinson’s or memory disorders.
