Celebrate St. Mary's Nursery School with Free Admission and Kids Activities at the Barnes

Saint Mary’s Nursery School (at 40th/Locust) received an award for having the best Pre-K arts programming in Philadelphia. The award will be given at the Barnes on Sunday Nov. 3rd. Admission is FREE all day for adults and children. Arts activities for children all ages, all day 10 am – 5 pm. Storytime 11 am- 12pm. Kehinde Wiley, artist, is part of the current “30 Americans” Contemporary Black Art Exhibit . Come celebrate with SMNS and enjoy free activities for families.

10am – 5pm:  PECO Free First Sunday Family Day: Kaleidoscope at the Barnes Foundation, 2025 Benjamin Franklin Parkway: A Free day of colorful art, moving performance, and cultural voice geared towards families with small children

12:15pm – 12:45pm: 2019 Arts & Pre-K Excellence Awards Ceremony

The Excellence Award came with a $3500 grant to the school. We are looking to match this with $3500 in pledges for our 2020 Spring for Our School fundraiser by Giving Tuesday, December 3rd.
