Hi! I am seeking a roommate for my house in West Philly, on 50th St, a few blocks south of Baltimore. The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, and night stand, but if you do not need or desire those, they can find another home. Downstairs there is an open floor plan, well-stocked kitchen, as well as back patio/yard where I am attempting to grow some herbs, zucchini, and flowers, and a front porch with Adirondack chairs for lounging. In the basement there is room for storage, as well as a 2nd bathroom, washer, and dryer. Central air and heat.

About me, your potential roommate: 41 y/o queer doctor, avid cook, and generally friendly person. I work in the office 5 days a week so I am out of the house a good bit of the time. I have two cats, one of whom is very affectionate, and another who is very cute but more aloof. I'm open to living with folks of any gender.

If you don't know West Philly well, the block is easy walking distance to the 13 and 34 trolleys, and street-parking is free and pretty ample. Neighbors are pleasant and there is not a lot of street noise.
Move-in date negotiable! The room is open now but June or July could work, too!
