Philly People of Hope is seeking to partner with landlords in West Philadelphia and surrounding areas to help connect our community members with stable, safe housing.

We work directly with individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity and are looking to build real partnerships with landlords who are open to:

Renting available units
Working with rental assistance referrals
Supporting fair and consistent housing access

Our goal is simple: move people from instability into safe, permanent housing through trusted community partnerships.
