Deals, Music, and Block Parties: The Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll returns this Thursday

June 1, 2026

West Philadelphia’s favorite neighborhood tradition is officially back. The Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll returns on Thursday, June 4, bringing thousands of neighbors, visitors, and food lovers out to explore Baltimore Avenue between 40th and 51st Streets.

From 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., local businesses and community vendors will be serving up an incredible lineup of $1, $3, and $5 deals on delicious food, cold drinks, and unique merchandise. Whether you are hunting for cheap eats, looking to support local makers, or just want to enjoy a beautiful evening stroll, there is something for everyone.

To help you plan your evening, here is a preview of the main hubs and activities you will find along the Stroll route:

Trolley Portal Gardens (40th & Baltimore)

Kick off your night with live music from local artist Gretchen Elise, and cool down with $3 PBRs and $5 margaritas from the crew at Renata’s Kitchen.

Clark Park & HMS School (42nd–45th & Baltimore)

Stop by the University City District (UCD) tent to grab official maps and custom swag. This area will also host a variety of community vendors, sponsors, and free face painting with Stacey’s Face Painting.

All Love Block Party (48th & Baltimore)

This vibrant hub features extra community food vendors, featured artists, and a massive dance party with live DJs. Plus, Sharing Excess will be on-site hosting a free produce giveaway.

50th & Baltimore Triangle

Located just outside of Carbon Copy, stop by to visit Black Hippie Art for a community art project featuring interactive, make-and-take art activities.

Since starting in 2010, the Dollar Stroll has grown into one of the biggest events of the summer. If this is your first time conquering the crowds, keep these quick tips in mind:

Bring Cash: While many vendors accept cards or Venmo, cold hard cash (especially singles!) keeps the lines moving fast.

Arrive Early: The most popular food items sell out quickly.

Check out the Vendor Map when planning your must-hit stops.
