Your guide to all things wicked in West Philadelphia is officially back! The West Philly Fright Registry, which was first introduced last year, has officially opened its registration for 2026, welcoming everyone to map out their Halloween displays, treats, and festivities.

Whether you plan on handing out candy, building an elaborate haunted yard display, or hosting a neighborhood event, getting involved is quick and easy (taking less than two minutes).

How It Works

Anyone living in the community—roughly spanning from 45th to 60th Streets and from Market Street down to Baltimore Avenue (though boundaries are flexible)—is invited to register their house.

The resulting interactive Google map and directory help families, children, and Halloween revelers easily find all the ghoulish goings-on across the neighborhood on and leading up to October 31st.

Registration is open right now and will stay active through Halloween eve. The official map went live on October 15th, with updates rolling out every few days as more neighbors sign up.

What’s New This Year?

In addition to the classic map and list, organizers are introducing a brand-new Instagram page (@WPhillyFright). It’s a dedicated space to swap DIY decorating tips, share snapshots of your setup’s progress, and shout out your favorite local displays.

Think your block has the spookiest setup around? Snap a photo, tag @WPhillyFright, and let everyone know—they’ll be sharing and reposting the community’s best creations!
