• 4425 Baltimore Avenue – An application has been submitted for use of three dwelling units in this location.

• 4015 Baltimore Avenue and 3912 Pine Street – Applications have been submitted for Group Living. Additional applications are in the works from the same owner for: 3924 Pine St., 415 S. 40th St., 3933 Baltimore Ave., 4005 Baltimore Ave. and 4007 Baltimore Ave.

Future zoning meetings will be virtual and will be on a “need to meet” basis until “things normalize”, according to Committee Chair Barry Grossbach.

Looked for the SHCA zoning meeting, Restaurant School (Walnut Hill College) parking lot, on foot, at about 7:47 p.m., after just reading your “Local” notice. — Nothing there but a few parked cars. Nice security guard fronting the building, by the gate, had no knowledge of any such meeting. # ? (Wednesday night, 9/30/2020)
