This cat is missing from the 4900 block of Hazel Ave. She was last seen on Thursday afternoon. She is extremely social, loves “talking,” and cuddling with people. Her name is Katla (say “Kaht-lah”), but she also responds to kitty.

If you’ve seen her, please contact Charlotte at 859-536-1699.

Is she still missing? I live on the block and recognize her picture–she’s a super sweetheart. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for her.

Kate – Thank you. So many neighbors have told me how much they loved her; it is so nice to have such a caring block. Sadly, she is still missing. The neighbors and I agree that someone must have taken her from the porch. I do hope she is returned or runs home soon.

Are there any updates/reported sightings? Have you posted flyers door-to-door?

  4. Charlotte Says:

Hi, Linda – Thank you for checking in. Yes, of course I have posted flyers door-to-door. I have had several calls, but none for the right cat. I have also visited animal control a few times now, but she hasn’t been turned in yet. I still think someone took her, and I hope they cough her up soon… She has been in my dreams several times now, and I want to wake up to her pretty face!

No luck? I’m sad to see this pushed to the second page without an update. She’s so distinctive it seems like it would be hard to mistake her. Wishing you the best.

Thanks, Eve. Still no luck. I was hoping her unique face would make finding her easier too.
