Penn’s School of Social Policy and Practice presents a photo exhibition on Venezuelan slums. Carlos Beltrán, a journalist, documented the everyday lives of children and families in the poorest neighborhoods in Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, for six months. The exhibit will also include a panel presentation featuring Beltrán and others.
