Explore the grounds of the cemetery and visit some of our most intriguing permanent residents with Woodlands enthusiast, Jim Mundy. He’ll dig into the gritty and innovative stories that we’ve recently been unearthing at 11:00am.

About the tour guide: Jim Mundy is the Director of Education and Programing and the Curator of Art for the Abraham Lincoln Foundation of the Union League of Philadelphia. Jim is the immediate past president of The Woodlands Trust for Historic Preservation and the Woodlands Cemetery Company. He is a fourth generation native of West Philadelphia.

About Second Saturday Tours of The Woodlands: Experience The Woodlands a whole new way every Second Saturday this May through October with Mansion & Cemetery Tours, Themed Tours and Lectures. Explore the unique aspects of your favorite neighborhood historic site with special guests and Woodlands’ staff. Each Second Saturday, Themed Tours will begin at 11:00am, and House & Cemetery Tours will begin at 1:00pm. Come for one, or picnic on the grounds and stay for both!

Member Tickets: Theme tours – $10 House & Cemetery Tour – FREE Both tours – $10

11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

No advanced registration required. Tours are rain or shine.
