The Program Committee meets every other month to discuss ways to further improve programs, for example; creating organizational partnerships, suggesting performance opportunities, brainstorming ideas for community outreach and engagement, and identifying professional development opportunities for staff. Committee members provide support and insight when adding additional programs, as well as troubleshoot current program needs.
