CHOP Karabots Pediatric Care Center

The Promise Zone Housing and Health and Wellness committees are partnering to launch a series of four housing and health workshops from January 2016 to April 2016. The purpose of the series is to educate residents about the relationship between housing and chronic health problems.

The February workshop will have speakers from PECO, CHOP Asthma Prevention program, and the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to share information and resources for residents about LIHEAP, CAP enrollment, and maintaining a healthy home to help prevent asthma triggers.
