Community Education Center/Meeting House Theatre

Open to anyone! No previous dance or movement experience required!

Come and participate in two hours of continuous dance/movement improvisation with live music. Leaders Manfred Fischbeck and Brigitta Herrmann guide the group through a series of movement meditations, improvisational structures and games to inspire spontaneous self-expression and collective creation. All of these allow for new and spontaneous explorations of the mind and body in relation to oneself, space, others, and sound.

Ongoing in Philadelphia for over 40 years EVERY Friday night 8-10 pm, since 2000 at the Community Education Center Studio, 3500 Lancaster Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Doors open at 8. Breathing meditation begins at 8:15 PM.
