Well known author John Edgar Wideman, winner of PENN/Faulkner Award, author of Philadelphia Fire, and founder of Penn’s African American Studies Department, will be speaking on Friday, February 12 at Mighty Writers West at 6:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public thanks to a generous grant from the National Endowment of the Arts.
