Male chocolate lab mix missing since Saturday from Clark Park area (Update: Found!)

UPDATE: Tiberius has been found and returned to his owner.

“Tiberius”, a 9-year-old, 60-pound male chocolate lab mix has been missing since Saturday, March 7. He slipped out of his collar while at his pet sitter – in an unfamiliar neighborhood – on Saturday around 11:30 p.m., at the intersection of Baltimore Ave. and Melville St. He was last seen after midnight on Sunday, March 8, at 46th and Market Street by the El.

The dog was not wearing a collar when he ran away. He is microchipped.

Have you seen this Yorkie missing since Friday in the Mantua/Philly Zoo areas? (updated)

The owner is looking for her 7-year-old female Yorkie who went missing around 10 p.m. on Friday night, Aug. 9 from her backyard in the Mantua/Philadelphia Zoo/University City areas (see photo below). The dog’s name is Gypsy. She has mostly tan/blonde hair with a dark brown back, short hair cut and short nubby tail.

She was wearing a pink collar with rhinestones that has the owner’s phone number on it. She is microchipped as well.  Continue Reading

Light brown pitbull mix missing from 55th and Chestnut

Roxanne/Roxie, a light brown pit mix, has been missing since February 3rd. She was last seen around 55th and Chestnut and may be in the area or University City. Her family misses her and is offering a reward for her safe return.

Have you seen “Panda”? (Update: Found!)

UPDATE (5:25 p.m.): Panda has been found and is back home!

“Panda”, a black and white, 43lb, neutered male Australian cattle dog, is missing in West Philadelphia. He was last seen on Jan. 18 at 7:00 p.m. on Chester Ave near the 49th Street Regional Rail station. He’s with a stubby tail and has no collar (he slipped out).

He is very shy and will likely run if approached or chased. He may come to you, however, if you get down on a knee and allow him to approach.

Yorkie mix missing from 48th and Hazel (UPDATE: Found!)

UPDATE: The dog has been found.

A yorkie mix (under 10 pounds, smaller than a cat) escaped from a backyard on 48th Street between Hazel and Larchwood on Monday at around 5:10 p.m. It’s possible that someone picked him up as he is not wearing a tag. His name is Truman.

“We are dog sitting for the family while they are out of town and he does not know the area. Please let us know if you hear anything,” writes our reader Joanna.

Small white dog (poodle/Maltese mix) lost near 49th and Warrington

A small, white dog (a poodle/Maltese mix), went missing this morning when her owner was visiting a friend in the area. She was last seen near 49th and Warrington. The dog answers to Hazel, but may be scared. A “big reward” is offered to the person who finds her. Please call 215-262-2057 with information.
