Update (06/08): The dog was reunited with its owner Thursday night.

This dog was found on Wednesday morning (June 6) at 47th and Spruce.

Reader Jessica found this dog this afternoon on 49th Street between Baltimore and Warrington. He is incredibly sweet and friendly and from his behavior it can be assumed that he has a family somewhere in West Philly.

A reader, Elizabeth, wrote that someone had abandoned this dog in a vacant yard on their block. Elizabeth has been feeding him since yesterday.

Elizabeth called ACCT, but wants to see if someone considers fostering him. She can’t bring him in because she has a dog-aggressive foster dog at the moment. He seems very friendly.

Update (03/14): The dog has been reunited with his family.

This sweet pup was found at 49th and Catharine this evening. No collar. He is very sweet and well socialized. He is safe with a neighbor but can only be there for a few days.
