This event will provide numerous health and community resources for families and individuals who call the local West Philly area home. Health screenings and more information will be available on site for all attendees. Santa Claus will be on hand starting at 1 p.m. to provide free gifts for children in need in the area. He will also be raffling gift baskets for the adults in attendance. The purpose of this event is to bring local residents of West Philly together and provide vital information on critical\, life-affirming resources available to the community all while bringing some holiday cheer to all who attend young and old.
