The event starts at 2 p.m. at Resurrection Church at 42nd and Pine where there will be a reading of Dickens’\; literature as well as a performance by local Morris Men dancers. “\;We will likely cut the cake and sing happy birthday for Charles Dickens at the Church and then walk down to the statue to sing it again one more time.
