Calvary Church hosts this six-week series covering the basics of yoga – Mondays, 6:30-7:30 pm (October 14 – November 18).
It’s suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen their alignment and understanding of the fundamentals. The practice will be gentle and accessible, with plenty of modifications to suit each person’s needs. All levels and bodies welcome!
Come to any or all weeks, bringing your own mat if possible (some extras will be available). The series is free, though donations are welcome.
