CHOP’s Center for Health Equity, in partnership with the Community of Compassion CDC, is hosting their next Community Health Partnership Clinic to support teens and families in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood with the tools, resources, and health services to help achieve their best health and advance more equitable health outcomes.
The event will provide teens and their families with access to driver’s permit physicals, college and career resources, a variety of health and wellness stations, and giveaways for the whole family to enjoy.
