Bargain hunters and treasure seekers, mark your calendars! The annual community-wide neighborhood yard sale is returning on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Originating in Cedar Park and expanding across West Philly, the simultaneous yard sales already have over 90 households signed up to participate. Whether you are clearing out household items or looking for unique local finds, here is everything you need to know about this year’s event:

Seller Registration:

West Philly residents interested in listing their sale on the official event map must register by Saturday, Sept. 12. You can sign up using the Yard Sale Registration Form.

Highlighting Items:

When registering, sellers are encouraged to submit up to 5 “highlights” of items they plan to offer, helping shoppers locate specific goods across the neighborhood.

Interactive Map:

You can check out participating households and featured items on the Community Yard Sale Interactive Map, which is continually updated as new sellers join.

Shopper Tips:

Individual sellers set their own hours, payment methods, and rain plans. Bring reusable shopping bags, small bills, and cash change for easy transactions.
