House Party/Fundraiser for Brad Chambers and Progressive Candidates

(For Philadelphia family, friends and neighbors):

Dear friends and family,

Do you want to see Harrisburg finally pass critical legislation like:

• Increased school funding

• SEPTA funding

• A living wage

• Voting rights

• An on-time budget

Then we need to flip more Republican seats to Democratic in the PA state house.

Join us in supporting Brad Chambers running in District 41 in Lancaster County, and recommended by our state Rep., Rick Krajewski. (Read Brad’s full biography at bradforpa.com.) Brad is critical to increasing the Democrats’ one-seat majority in the State House, allowing passage of badly-needed legislation on SEPTA funding, minimum wage, voting rights, ending gerrymandering, and other progressive measures.

We are hosting a meet and greet fundraiser with friends and neighbors and the candidate Brad Chambers on Saturday, August 22, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the home of Jeremy and Susan Karpatkin, 908 S 48th Street.

We hope you will join us in meeting and contributing to this campaign! Please register here: https://luma.com/0zbws4vl (or with the QR code on the attached flyer) and you can contribute here: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/bradforpahpsk (or with the QR code on the attached flyer) or at the meeting.

Brad is running in PA District 41 in Lancaster County. PA-41 is a red district that Brad can flip with our support. Brad was raised by a single mom and understands the struggles of working class folks in Lancaster County. After graduating from Millersville University, he realized how difficult it is to make it as a working person in Lancaster County. He has a career in labor relations and human resources.

Brad is endorsed by Senator Bernie Sanders, Speaker Joanna McClinton, Malcolm Kenyatta, Run for Something, the Working Families Party, and tons of other individuals and organizations. Rep. Rick Krajewski will join us at the fundraiser.

This is a race where we can have a real impact in the state. We know our West Philly district will elect Democrats but to fix the PA legislature, we need to support promising progressive candidates outside of Philly.

We are a group of concerned West Philly neighbors who are working together as the Springfield Huddle to support progressive change in these challenging times.

Also, please consider bringing an item or two of non-perishable food which we will donate to a local food bank.
