The Garden Court Community Association (GCCA) invites neighbors, residents, and local business owners to its upcoming annual meeting this Saturday, June 13.
The meeting will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 123 S. 51st Street.
This annual gathering is a fantastic opportunity to connect with neighbors, meet the neighborhood’s fabulous volunteers, celebrate past accomplishments, and discuss future plans for the community.
Featured Guest Speakers
This year’s meeting features two distinct presentations focusing on public safety, neighborhood services, and local historic preservation:
• “Crucial Happenings in UCD”: Presented by Alan Garry, Senior Vice President of Public Safety & District Services for the University City District (UCD).
• “Trials, Tribulations & Triumphs: Historic Preservation in Our Own Backyard”: Presented by Paul Steinke, Executive Director of the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia.
Food and drinks will be provided for all attendees.
Residents are also encouraged to join or renew their GCCA membership. Annual dues are highly affordable and directly support community initiatives:
