UPDATE: Due to predicted inclement weather on Saturday, Sept. 26, some of the 60+ West Philadelphia Community Yard Sales scheduled for that date may be rescheduled. Sellers are being contacted for rain dates, which are being added to the Yard Sale Map.

A community-wide neighborhood yard sale is set for Saturday, Sept. 26, offering treasure seekers and bargain hunters a chance to explore sales across the area.

Originating in Cedar Park and expanding across West Philly, this new neighborhood-wide effort has over 60 households signed up to participate simultaneously.

Whether you are clearing out household items or looking for unique local finds, here is everything you need to know:

Seller Registration:

Registration for sellers ended on Saturday, Sept. 12, and the official event map is now finalized with participating households.

Highlighting Items:

Sellers submitted highlights of items they plan to offer, making it easy for shoppers to locate specific goods across the neighborhood.

Shopper Tips:

Individual sellers set their own hours, payment methods, and rain plans. Bring reusable shopping bags, small bills, and cash change for easy transactions.
