Celebrate Thanksgiving in style, with a classic feast hosted by Hyatt at The Bellevue and XIX (Nineteen) Restaurant. On Thursday, November 23, from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, guests can enjoy classic Thanksgiving favorites with a fusion of XIX flavor. The Thanksgiving Day menu boasts a raw bar (featuring Chilled Oysters and Snow Crab Claws), six salad selections, a cheese and charcuterie spread, and more than six expertly crafted stations (including Molasses Brined Turkey with all of the traditional Thanksgiving offerings, Beef En Croute, Finocchiona Stuff Pork Loin, and Fresh Pasta).
Decadent dessert offerings range from the traditional Pumpkin Pie, to Cranberry Orange Clafoutis, and Chocolate Salted Caramel Tarts. Thanksgiving reservations may be made via Opentable or by calling 215-893-1234 and cost $69 per dining guest (exclusive of gratuity and beverages).
