6:30 PM Concert, 8:30 PM Saxophone Masterclass

Music by Roshanne Etezady, Matthew Levy, Georg Friedrich Haas, Martin Bresnick, Salvatore Sciarrino, and the East Coast premiere of Schumann Bouquet, a new adaptation of piano music by Robert Schumann from the Pulitzer Prize-winning composer William Bolcom.

“A bold ensemble that set the standard for contemporary-classical saxophone quartets” (The New York Times), the PRISM Quartet has been presented by Carnegie Hall, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and  as soloists with the Detroit Symphony and Cleveland Orchestra. PRISM has commissioned over 250 works, and released 15 critically-acclaimed recordings. The PRISM Quartet are Selmer Artists, and play Selmer saxophones exclusively.

This event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. Just show up!
