Take your butter game to the next level and make yours cultured.
Often a high fat content butter, cultured butter has more moisture than regular butter allowing for a higher smoke point when pan searing and a finer crumb better for baking while also having more flavor as a table butter. This class will cover how to create your own butter while inoculating it with your own blend of various cultures and/or spices to create different flavor profiles.
