We are celebrating our majestic corridor of self-care and creative community. This First Friday event will feature live music from Inner Rhythms music teachers, snacks, drinks, and prizes! Enter our free raffle to win prizes including free personal training sessions, free event rental space, massage, and more!
Our community is growing…come be a part of it! INNER RHYTHMS MUSIC AND THERAPY CENTER provides affordable music lessons, music therapy, event and rehearsal space. LIFT is a personal fitness facility offering guided fitness training to our clients in a fun atmosphere. This event is FREE and open to the community!
