CultureFEST! kicks off the season with Summer Solstice Saturday: celebrating longer days with family-friendly activities, such as outdoor yoga, drum circles, and Tai Chi. Make flower crowns and learn about the significance of the solstice across cultures around the world. All of this is included with Museum admission. After 5:00 pm, the Museum launches a New Spin on its Summer Nights Music Series with live music from Samantha Rise, cocktails, a hula-hoop “how-to” workshop and contest, tarot readings, and an alternative health & healing-oriented bazaar, including herbal medicine, all-natural skin care, meditation, Reiki, Eastern Medicine, yoga therapy, along with birth and star charts. $15 cover charge after 5:00 pm helps to sustain the Museum’s public programs.
