Hi, I think I saw your cat last night…
I tried to get close to look at her collar but wasn’t able to.
    I live @ 215 S. 46th st between Walnut and Locust.
I will check today to see if she’s still around my house.
So sorry I wasn’t able to get closer to her yesterday…
I was hoping she was a neighborhood cat and not a lost cat.
If I can do anything else to help, please feel free to email me. I hope you find your cat soon!!!

She can’t have gone far. Is probably within a block or two of home.
Make sure to post your ad on craigslist (both Lost & Found and Pets sections) and to alert ACCT and Morris Refuge shelters ASAP. Also, write me directly and I’ll send a detailed list of suggestions for searching. Let me know if you want to try a humane trap. Post flyers (with photo) door-to-door, within a couple blocks of your home, as well as along streets and at intersections. Search often, especially early a.m. and late p.m. Take food and a carrier. Call out to kitty and listen CAREFULLY. Check yards, alleys, under porches, any open basement windows/doors… Also check trees. Keep food, water and shelter nearby, and spread some used litter around your property. Let us know if there are any sightings.

I’ve already spoken with the owner on the phone about this, but I saw Emily about 3 hours ago on a porch on the west side of 48th between Hazel and Larchwood. Folks between Hazel, Larchwood, 48th, and 49th, please keep your eyes peeled! She’s hanging out in your back yards.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t manage to scoop her up, and she walked behind a fence where I couldn’t get to her. It’s definitely the same cat– I live on Emily’s home block, and I recognized her wearing her usual yellow and red collar and red ID tag.

She doesn’t like to be picked up, but she’ll walk in an open door. Get her into your vestibule and call 614-499-6506!

Hoping she comes home soon. Good luck!

Yayy! I saw a similar cat with a different tail (more fuzzy) at Clark Park. I took pics and wanted to post them, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it without paying a fee. There should be a free lost/found pets section on the site.
