Go West! Craft Fest seeking new vendors. Update: Application deadline extended

Posted on 08 August 2012

The Fall edition of the Go West! Craft Fest is scheduled for September 29 at The Woodlands (rain date – Sept. 30) and vendor registration is going on right now. The fest organizers would love to see some new faces, so if you are a local artist or crafts person and would like to become a vendor, fill out an online application that can be found here. The application deadline has been extended until Friday, August 10. Available tables are 6′x6′ ($40) and 10′x10′ ($60).

Each category of work has its own quota: jewelry, home goods, paper goods, bath & beauty, etc. and only works created by the seller are permitted. For more information, please email gowestcraftfest@gmail.com.

If that’s a bad photo, I’d like to see what you consider a good one!

Awesome work Chase, I hope you do Go West! again. We are planning an extra special Fest for Fall, with local live music and FOOD (including the Lil’ Pop Shop for dessert). And the Tiny Circus is returning, yay! I look forward to everyone’s awesome applications, there is so much talent in West Philly! (Though you don’t have to live here to be a vendor – anyone in the Philly area may apply.)

Thanks for the photo plug! Chase, you are unhappy with every photo I take of you.

Hey cb, (Or any of the other artists who participated in last year’s show)

I am a local artist considering doing the show this year and wanted to get some input as to how the show went last year and how many people come. Would you recommend doing this and are you going to be participating again this year?

    Thanks for your time,

    Michele

Michele, Many of our vendors have returned again and again since we started doing this a few years ago, originally in front of the Satellite, then in Cedar Park. And everyone I talked to, vendors and customers alike, raved about the new location at the Woodlands in April. Honestly, we were surprised by how big the turnout was! I encourage you to apply (soon!) if you will be free that day.

Ernie, we are not doing an open enrollment sort of process for food vendors, but I would love to talk with you more about it. Please contact me at info (at) vixemporium.com, thanks!
